WHAT WAX DO WE USE?

We use soy wax which is vegan friendly and cruelty free :) 

 

WHAT IS FROSTING?

Frosting is a white crystal coating sometimes seen on the top and sides of the wax melt and can look unpleasant. The frosting is actually a unique and natural effect of using vegetable waxes, especially soy. The wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result, it begins to crystallize. It doesn’t affect the performance of the wax melt in any way and also means your wax is 100% natural.

 

OPEN BOX

We now have the option for open boxes to help you save on postage. Simply purchase what you need and add to whenever you want. Choose the close box option when you're finished adding to your open box. Items won't be posted until you have selected the close box option and postage method paid.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We dispatch up to 2 - 4 working days after you place your order so delivery times will depend upon the method you select at checkout.

 

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

We don't currently post to Europe from this website. European customers may wish to visit our Etsy store as we do post to Europe via that platform.
